- The New York Post article seems to say that he was attacked first by the seated guy. I don't think it is unreasonable for the guy to defend himself with a steak knife. The leathal blow was really a lucky shot. However, more details would need to be known.

- I don't know the complete facts here. Like what dosages were given and other important information. However, as a former nurse and now doctor, I really hate these over zealous prosecutions for murder or negligence with the terminally ill that are in pain. It is usually a foolish charge to bring.

- Sue Vaughn claims the oil experts say a world with no cars? I doubt it. Combustion can be accomplished by many means. Also, there are always electric cars. Less cars maybe, but no cars is a foolish pipe dream and a lousy argument. Increasing parking fees and times is a bad move.

- Foolish comment, "only the bold and fit survive." Being bold and fit can help but really it is the lucky that survive, intact. Most wounded and dead are from IEDs in this war. The conduct was reprehensible. If the soldier was not on par the senior NCO should have been aware.

- I am sorry Gus and his employees had to be put in this position. I am also sorry the kids had to die. However, they made a bad choice. Gus has every right to do what he did. Otherwise we could be feeling sorry for Gus' family and his employees. He is no vigilante he is a victim.

- Firing the Doctor was wrong. The fear was that he would get though to people on the poor dietary choices they are making? Absurd. I feel for the owners of the establishments but I feel more for the diabetic about to lose a leg or something like that. Or on Dialysis, etc.

- These people were not even married. The dog belongs to the guy since he purchased it and paid its bills. If they were married and joint ownership of the dog it would be a different issue. However, since its his dog she no right to it.
